Updating Your Contact Information
You can update you information at any time by selecting checkout on the navigation bar. Enter you username and password. This will log you in and you will be able to modify any information you wish.

Trouble Placing My Order
Our shop relies on temporary cookies that only stay on your computer for the length of time you are on our site. This way we can remember what you have placed in your shopping cart as you browse through and select items to purchase. In Netscape:

Redeeming Coupons and Gift Certificates
During the check out process, you will be asked if you have any coupons to redeem. This is the place to enter your gift certificate or coupon code. Our cart will automatically apply the associated coupon or gift certificate value against your purchase.

If the item you wish to purchase is out of stock, our cart will advice you of this status and display an expected availability date. Alternatively, you may send us a message and we will advice you immediately the product is again available for purchase.
